Welcome to Trumbull Valley

Originally released on Xbox Live Arcade in 2013, State of Decay introduced a grounded, human‑centered take on the zombie apocalypse and laid the foundation for a franchise built on tough choices and fragile hope. Remastered in 2014 as State of Decay: Year‑One Survival Edition, the game — along with expansions Breakdown and Lifeline — delivered an expanded world, deeper systems, and a survival experience with real heart.

Where to Play

Survive

In State of Decay, survival is defined not by firepower, but by the everyday decisions that keep people alive. Every scavenged meal, every boarded‑up window, and every risk you take carries weight in a world that never stops testing you.

Rebuild

The people you bring into your community — each with their own strengths and flaws — shape how you rebuild a haven out of the ruins. You choose where to make your stand, turning abandoned spaces into strongholds as supply runs turn into close calls and the story that emerges becomes uniquely yours.

Thrive

Surviving the outbreak in Trumbull Valley teaches is on the beginning, but the danger beyond its borders becomes impossible to ignore. Thriving means pushing past the limits of what you thought was possible and carrying your hard‑won resilience into whatever waits on the other side…
